What I hate the most is when my iPhone dies and there is no way to charge it. The BluePack S3 gives you extra battery power, so that will never happen, an LED light on the front in case of extreme conditions and 3 power indicator lights on the side. Unlike other chargers this can charge anything that can be charged via USB. This is great!

Dexim’s BluePack S3 is stylish and nice to hold in your hand. It’s made out of aluminum so it feels like your MacBook just with no sharp edges. You can choose between various colors for the BluePack. It comes in white or black. The black has silver on the edges, and the white has white on the edges. Both of them have blue indicator lights. If you touch the indictor once it will tell you battery strength left by lighting up the dots.

The BluePack S3 will charge fully in about 1 hour and 50 minutes. By itself the iPhone will last 12 hours on 3G talking time, 10 hours of video, and 30 hours of audio playback. The BluePack S3 can extend your battery for another 10 hours talking time, 12 hours of video playing or 72 hours of music playing. The battery is a polymer lithium battery, and holds up to 2600m. It has enough stored power to almost recharge the iPhone battery twice. The only problem is that there is no on/off button.

The battery is very small and can fit in a normal pair of pants with your iPhone. It comes with a carrying case, a wall adapter, and a cable for the iPhone/iPod. What’s cool about the cable is that it is about 1.5 inches long. This means there is no long cable in your pocket. The wall charger is pretty unique. It has two USB ports to charge the battery. You can charge it with one port for the normal charge time, which is comparable to other companies' batteries. If you plug in two USBs it goes twice as fast.

The only negative with this battery is the lack of an on/off button. Dexim’s BluePack S3 is very well designed, greatly extends the use time of your iPhone, and has many handy features such as a light in case of emergencies and the battery indicator. This product definitely deserves a 90 out of 100.
