AT&T Sues Verizon Over "There's a Map For That" Ads

By William Tylko on Nov 03 | 7:47 pm, in Apple News

You know those commercials that just don't seem right? Well AT&T has finally stood up for it self. They sued Verizon over there ad "There's a Map For That". The ad showed people who had service and who did not. When people did not get service the AT&T 3G ONLY map would show up. When the person has service it shows the Verizon 3G Map. Over all this it was saying "and if you want to know why some people have spotty coverage theirs a map for that. (Showing AT&T 3G Map)" But by using these words Verizon tricked consumers into thinking that AT&T did not get service any where else. But mostly the entire U.S. is covered with AT&Ts 2G network. So AT&T has a point. AT&T also demands that they take down the ads immediately.
